  • Prepare the pork leg

    After purchasing the pork leg, clean it and proceed to bone it to take the meat for processing.

  • Marinate the pork leg

    Mix the marinade: Put a little oyster sauce, salt, honey, minced garlic, and minced lemongrass in a bowl and mix well.

    Marinate the pork leg: Wear gloves, pour the marinade over the pork leg, and rub it evenly. Then place the pork leg in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight for the pork leg to absorb the flavors well.

How to Prepare Honey Glazed Pork Leg

  • Prepare and Marinate the Pork Leg

    After cleaning the pork leg, use a knife to make cuts on the skin so that the seasoning penetrates.

    Marinate the pork leg with: 2 tablespoons of chili oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Marinate for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator or overnight for better flavor absorption.
