  • Prepare the mung beans

    Sort through the mung beans to remove any damaged seeds, then soak them in warm water until they swell and soften. After that, peel off the skin.

    Put mung beans and 1 liter of water into a pot, bring to a boil then reduce the heat, simmer for about 30 minutes, then turn off the heat, and cover the pot tightly to let the beans soften on their own.
