  • Crack the eggs

    Put about 500ml of water into a bowl, then crack each egg into it one by one.

    Put a pan on the stove, add a little water so that the water level covers the bottom of the pan about 2 large finger lengths. Then, cover it tightly and bring to a boil over high heat.
