How to prepare Scallop with garlic butter sauce

Prepare the ingredients
If you buy scallops with their shells, soak them in clean water for about 2 – 3 hours before separating the meat from the shell. This step helps the scallops release some sand and dirt.
Use a knife to pry the meat, gently separating the scallop meat from the shell, removing the thin membrane around the scallop meat, muscle, and black stomach.
The final and most important step is to wash the scallops repeatedly with clean water to completely remove any remaining sand and dirt. Do not let the water pour directly onto the scallop meat; wash it gently to ensure the dish will be tastier and safe for health.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Sauté the scallops
Place a pan on a hot stove, add 1 – 2 teaspoons of unsalted butter to melt. Add a bit of garlic to fry until fragrant and golden.
