How to cook Fried chicken feet with fish sauce using frying flour

  • Prepare chicken feet

    Wash the chicken feet with diluted salt water and a little vinegar to remove the slime as well as the unpleasant smell. Cut off the nails and then chop the chicken feet in half.

    Put a pot on the stove, bring water to a boil, and blanch the chicken feet for about 3 minutes, then remove them.
