  • When buying pork stomach, choose those that are white or pale yellow, about 2-3cm thick, elastic, with a lot of liquid but not slimy to the touch, and check that there are no hard parts or grains inside; when smelled, there should be a slight sour odor (do not buy those that only have a fishy smell as they may have been dipped in cleaning agents).

How to prepare Sweet and Sour Stir-Fried Pig Stomach

  • Prepare the pig stomach

    Add clean water to the pot along with the pig stomach, 1/2 onion, 1 bruised lemongrass stalk, and 1 teaspoon of salt, then boil for about 40 minutes before removing the stomach. Cut the stomach in half and then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
