Lean pork 300 gr Fresh noodles 800 gr Bean sprouts 100 gr Fresh herbs 100 gr Cucumber 1 piece Chopped lemongrass 2 tablespoons Minced garlic 1.5 tablespoons Chopped chili 1 tablespoon Shallot 1 bulb Peanuts 50 gr Rice vinegar 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon Fish sauce 2.5 tablespoons Cooking oil 50 ml Sugar/seasoning powder a little

How to prepare Stir-fried Noodles with Lemongrass and Chili

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Use a knife to slice 300g of pork into thin pieces about 1/2 of a small finger’s length.

    Then, marinate the meat with 1 tablespoon of minced lemongrass, 1 tablespoon of minced chili, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning, 1/4 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 1/4 tablespoon of sugar, mix well, and let it marinate for 30 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices.

    Next, cut the onion into wedges. Wash the cucumber and herbs.

    Remove the roots of the green onions, wash them, and then chop them finely. For the chili, garlic, and lemongrass, chop them finely and set them aside in a separate bowl.

    Proceed to make the scallion oil, you heat a pan on the stove and add 50ml of cooking oil. Heat the oil until it is hot, then pour the hot oil directly into the bowl of scallions.

    Doing this will cook the scallions immediately while still keeping their beautiful green color.

    First, heat the pan and sauté 1/2 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of lemongrass together.

    Then, add the meat to stir-fry, after 5 – 7 minutes add the onion and stir well. You can season the meat to taste and then turn off the heat.

    In a bowl: 1/2 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of minced chili, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of hot water and mix well.

How to Make Stir-fried Noodles with Pork and Onion

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    First, after cleaning the pork, slice it thinly for easy eating.

    Next, trim the roots and any dried, yellow leaves from the green onions, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into sections. For the onion, peel it clean, wash it, and then cut it into wedges.

  • Stir-frying meat

    You put a pan on the stove, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and wait for the oil to heat up. After that, add minced garlic and stir-fry briefly for fragrance. Next, add the pork and stir evenly for 3 minutes.

    When the pork starts to firm up, add the prepared onions, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce. Stir the mixture for about 3 minutes until the onions are cooked.

How to prepare Stir-fried Noodles with Five-Spice Pork

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the pork thoroughly, then slice it thinly into pieces 0.3cm thick.

    Peel the garlic, crush it, and then finely chop it.

    Smash the lemongrass and chop it finely. Slice the onion and chili thinly.

  • Marinate the meat

    Put the meat in a bowl, then add 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, chopped garlic, chopped lemongrass, chopped chili, and 2 teaspoons of five-spice powder. Mix well and marinate for about 10 – 15 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices.

  • Choose pork pieces that are firm and have high elasticity. You can check by pressing your finger into the meat; if it springs back immediately, is not slimy, and does not ooze liquid, then it is a quality piece of meat.
