How to make Strawberry Smoothie

  • Blend the ingredients together

    Put the strawberries into the blender and blend the following mixture: 3 tablespoons of tequila, 100ml of strawberry ice cream, 400 grams of fresh strawberries, 3 tablespoons of cold fresh milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, ice cubes, 2 tablespoons of sugar (or condensed milk).

    Pour the blended strawberry smoothie into a glass, use a whipped cream canister to spray on top as desired, and decorate with a few slices of fresh strawberries and a little colored rice if preferred.

How to make Mango Banana Oatmeal Chia Smoothie

  • Blend the ingredients

    Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Place the mango and banana in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.

    Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, 1 small cup of oatmeal, 30 ml of fresh milk, and 2 teaspoons of honey into the blender, and blend until smooth. Then, save a bit of the frozen mango and banana, add the remaining ones, and blend all until smooth.
