Put 120gr of blueberries into the blender along with 2 tablespoons of cashew cream mixture, 10ml of honey and blend until smooth.

Use 20ml of melted white chocolate in a small bowl, gradually add 5gr of green twisting powder (or red and green food coloring) and mix well, then spread a layer to fill 1/3 of the ice cream mold.
Next, add the blueberry filling on top and cover it completely with the white chocolate mixed with food coloring.
Insert the ice cream stick and freeze the ice cream in the freezer for about 2 hours.

In a bowl, add 120gr of dried shredded coconut, 2 tablespoons of cashew cream mixture, 2 tablespoons of honey (or syrup) and mix well to make the ice cream filling.
