Remove the green leaves from the lemongrass, wash it clean, and cut it into pieces about 2 fingers long.

Squeeze the lemons to extract the juice. Use about 180ml of lemon juice for one serving.
Soak the chia seeds in warm water to expand, then drain and set aside.
Add 180ml of lemon juice, 200ml of lemongrass syrup (adjust according to taste), 250ml of filtered water, and 5 teaspoons of soaked chia seeds into a jar, stir well, then add ice or place in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
