How to marinate grilled beef

Prepare the ingredients
Wash the beef thoroughly, cut it into slices about 0.5cm thick. It is better to choose the shoulder or belly part for grilling.
Wash the onion, garlic, lemongrass, and chili, then chop them finely; you can also use a blender to puree them and transfer to a bowl. Put a pan on the stove, heat the cooking oil, then add the red cashew nuts to fry. Once you obtain a dark brown mixture, turn off the heat and remove the nuts, leaving only the oil.

Marinate the meat
Mix the ingredients including: minced onion + garlic + lemongrass + oyster sauce + cashew oil + honey + cinnamon powder + ground pepper. Depending on your taste, add sugar, monosodium glutamate, and salt to taste, then proceed to marinate the meat.
Marinate the beef: Spread each slice of beef on a plate, use gloves to rub the marinade mixture evenly on both sides of the meat. Then place the beef in a large bowl and massage it to ensure the seasoning is well absorbed into the meat.
