How to choose fresh and delicious cherries
- You should choose cherries that still have their stems, are dark red, and have smooth, shiny skin without bruises or insect bites.
- Additionally, you can lightly squeeze the cherry; if it feels firm and not soft, then it is fresh and juicy.
What is Heavy Cream? Where to buy it?
- Heavy cream is a rich dairy cream with a fat content of 36 – 40%, higher than that of whipping cream. This type of cream contains no sugar and has a slightly thick consistency when not whipped.
- When whipped, heavy cream has a more stable structure and is less runny compared to whipping cream.
- Heavy cream is widely used for whipping cream as well as in baking and is also commonly used to make cold desserts.
