How to choose good quality red beans

How to Make Green Tea Red Bean Ice Cream

Mix the green tea mixture
Add 4 grams of gelatin into a bowl and then add 1 tablespoon of water, soak for the gelatin to soften. After that, put it in the microwave or steam it to melt the gelatin.
Sift 10 grams of green tea powder into 2 tablespoons of unsweetened fresh milk, then add 150 grams of condensed milk and mix well. Next, mix in the melted gelatin.

Make green tea ice cream
Whisk 200 ml of whipping cream until fluffy, then add the green tea mixture and mix gently from the bottom up until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the cream mixture into a container and put it in the freezer refrigerator for 6 – 8 hours before it can be used (Note: you should chill the mold in the freezer for 4-6 hours before making the ice cream).

Cook the red beans
Soak 100 grams of red beans in 200 ml of hot water for 2 hours. Then, pour just enough water over the beans to boil them for the first time for 5 minutes, then remove the beans and drain all the water.
Add just enough water over the beans for the second time, this time simmer the beans until they are soft. Then, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and simmer for another 30 minutes. That’s it.
