Mixing the Dough
Put 500g of flour, 10g of yeast, 300ml of water, 25ml of olive oil, and 10g of salt into the mixer and mix well until the dough combines into a ball, then let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.

- To check the dough, take a small amount and stretch it out; if it forms a thin membrane, it is ready.
- To check if your yeast is still active, place the yeast in a bowl of warm water. After about 5 minutes, if you see bubbles forming on the surface of the water, your yeast is still good to use.

Preparing the Ingredients
Cut the ham into square pieces. Grate the Mozzarella cheese.
Cut the pineapple into cubes. Dice the celery and onion. Chop the oregano.
Wash the tomatoes, boil until cooked, and chop finely.

Knead and roll the dough
Divide the dough into portions of 250gr, shape into balls and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Spread a layer of dry flour on the table and roll the dough thinly to a diameter of 30cm.

Continue to add crushed tomatoes, 100gr of concentrated tomatoes, 60ml of white wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a little salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, thyme, and a little oregano and stir-fry until the mixture is cooked.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius before baking the pizza to stabilize the temperature.
