How to make Coconut Coffee Ice Cream

Mix the ingredients
Place a pot on the stove, add all the coconut milk, coffee powder, and honey into the pot, adjust to medium heat, and stir continuously until the mixture gently boils, then turn off the heat. Set aside to allow the coffee powder to dissolve completely.

Soak the gelatin
Add gelatin powder to a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of cold water, and soak for 10 minutes to fully hydrate the gelatin.

- You can use either instant black coffee or brewed coffee according to your preference.

How to make Coconut Coffee Ice Cream

Mixing the mixture
Put 300g of sweetened condensed milk and 150ml of pure black coffee into 1 large bowl.
Add 50ml of fresh milk and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, then use a whisk to mix well all the ingredients until they blend together and become smooth.

Pouring the ice cream mold and toasting grated coconut
Pour the mixed mixture into a deep container and place it in the freezer for about 7 hours to freeze the mixture.
While waiting for the mixture to freeze into ice cream, stir the grated coconut in the pan, adjust the heat to medium and stir continuously until the grated coconut turns a brownish color.
