  • Prepare the ingredients

    Shrimp should be peeled, heads, tails, and antennae removed, then washed and drained.

    Pineapple should be peeled, eyes removed, washed, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Tomatoes washed and cut into wedges.

    Cauliflower should be separated into small florets, washed, and drained. Onions peeled, washed, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    • Method 1: Place the onion in the freezer refrigerator for about 10 – 15 minutes and then cut it to reduce eye irritation when cutting onions.

    • Method 3: When cutting onions, keep the root part until the end, which will be very effective in preventing eye irritation while cutting.

  • Boil broccoli and stir-fry shrimp

    Place a pot on the stove with 300ml of filtered water and 1 spoon of salt, boil over high heat.

    When the water boils, add the broccoli and boil for about 3 minutes, then take it out and put it in a bowl of ice water for about 5 minutes, then take it out to drain. This will help the broccoli maintain its vibrant green color and crunchiness.

    Put a pan on the stove with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add the peeled shrimp and stir-fry evenly.

    Add 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the shrimp are firm and absorb the seasoning, then transfer to a plate.

  • Sautéed shrimp with vegetables

    Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into the pan where the shrimp was sautéed, and when the oil is hot, add in the sliced onion, pineapple, broccoli, and tomato and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

    Next, pour 1/4 bowl of water (rice bowl) into the pan, stir well for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked evenly.

    Then, add the sautéed shrimp along with 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder, 2 teaspoons of broth seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of salt, stir-fry for about 2 minutes to let the ingredients absorb the seasoning, adjust the seasoning to taste, and then turn off the heat.

    The sautéed shrimp with vegetables has a particularly appealing aroma. The shrimp has a beautiful orange-red color, and when you bite into it, it feels crispy and sweet, not dry.
