Ingredients for Non-Alcoholic Kiwi Mojito For 1 glass
Kiwi 1 fruit Kiwi syrup 15 ml Mint syrup 10 ml (or use 4 fresh mint leaves) Granulated sugar 15 gr (or 30ml sugar syrup) Lemon juice 5 ml Soda 330 ml (or 7 up)
How to Choose Fresh and Delicious Kiwi
- Touch the stem: Gently press the tip of the kiwi stem; if it feels soft, the fruit is sweet (meaning it is ripe), while a hard stem indicates the fruit is sour (not ripe). Depending on your preference for sweetness or sourness, you can choose the fruit that suits you!
- Choose large, evenly round fruits, avoiding those that are misshapen or flattened. Additionally, fruits with a lot of fine hairs on the outside are also good.
- Rotate the kiwi to check the smoothness of the skin. If it is smooth and has no marks, it is a good fruit. Avoid fruits with insect bite marks or bruises.
Tools Required
Shaker, muddler or spoon, glass, cutting board, knife
How to Make Non-Alcoholic Kiwi Mojito
-
Prepare the Kiwi
Peel the kiwi, wash it, dry it with a paper towel, and cut it in half.
Dice one half of the fruit, and save the other half for decoration.
-
Muddle the Kiwi
Put the diced kiwi into the shaker.
Use a muddler or spoon to mash the kiwi. Be careful not to mash it too finely.
-
Mix the Kiwi Mojito
Next, add 15g of sugar, 15ml of kiwi syrup, 10ml of mint syrup, 5ml of lime juice, along with about 5 – 6 ice cubes into the shaker.
Seal the shaker and shake for about 15 seconds to mix the ingredients.
Tip: If you use mint leaves instead of mint syrup, gently crush the leaves to release the essential oils for a fragrant aroma.
-

To complete the drink, simply pour the mixture into a glass, add soda or 7up until full, and decorate with kiwi on top to enjoy!
