How to Choose Fresh Minced Pork
- Fresh minced pork will have a dry outer layer, light red or bright pink color. When touched, it should not be slimy, firm, and have no unusual color or smell.
- Absolutely do not buy meat with yellow fat or that leaves fingerprints when pressed. This may indicate that the pig is suffering from pigmentation diseases or has parasitic infections.
- To save time, you can buy minced meat sold at markets, supermarkets, or stores. Additionally, to ensure safety and quality, you can also buy meat and mince it at home.
