How to Choose Fresh and Delicious Lemons

  • When buying lemons, you should prioritize selecting those that are of moderate size but feel heavy in your hand, with smooth, glossy skin that is not rough or lumpy.
  • In addition, you should choose those that have a bright green color, thin skin, look fresh, and do not have any mold spots.
  • Avoid selecting lemons that are dark green, look dry, soft, or have yellow spots on the skin. Because these lemons are usually old, the juice may be rancid and no longer has the sour and fragrant taste.
