How to Make Melon Juice

Prepare the melon
Wash the melon thoroughly, peel it with a knife, cut the fruit in half; use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and then cut it into small pieces.

Mash and strain the melon
Set aside a little melon in whole pieces to serve with. Put the remaining melon along with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice into a glass.
