Cooking Fish
The tilapia after being marinated with spices in the pot, you put the pot on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of water.
Turn on the stove to high heat for the water to boil vigorously for 3 minutes, then reduce to medium heat, cover the pot to cook the fish until the water has reduced.
After about 10 minutes, open the lid to check if the water has decreased, the fish is evenly cooked, and seasoning is adjusted to taste before turning off the stove and serving it to enjoy.
Tip:
- Cook the fish on medium heat so that it gradually absorbs the spices. Avoid cooking on high heat as it will cause the water to evaporate quickly, the fish will absorb less flavor, and the dish will be less delicious.
- It is advisable to use coloring sauce to make the fish dish more appealing. However, depending on your preference, you can choose to add or not add coloring sauce.
