How to Make Cucumber Salad with Vinegar Dressing

  • Make the vinegar dressing

    Put 8 tablespoons of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of water, and 6 tablespoons of sugar into a pot, stirring well to help the mixture dissolve quickly. Place the pot on the stove, boil over high heat until the mixture truly boils, then turn off the heat.

    Buy onions, peel them clean, wash them thoroughly, and then slice them thinly for eating. After that, put all the onions into the previously boiled vinegar-sugar mixture. Mix well and let the onions soak in the mixture.
