    Pour about 400ml of water into the bowl containing the finely crushed crab and stir well to completely dissolve the crab in the water. Then, use a strainer to filter out the crab meat, keeping only the crab stock.

    Clean the bone thoroughly. To eliminate the smell of the meat, you should blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain in a basket.

    Clean the beef brisket, to remove the odor of the beef, use paper towels to lightly absorb the blood on the meat, rub ginger around the meat, then rinse thoroughly with water and drain. After that, slice it thinly.

    Peeled shallots, wash them clean, then slice them thinly.

    Wash the cilantro thoroughly, then chop it small. Trim off any yellow leaves and roots from the green onions, then chop them small. Also, wash the tomatoes thoroughly.

    Place a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of annatto oil. Wait for the oil to heat up, then add all the sliced shallots and stir well.

    When the shallots start to become fragrant and golden, scoop 2 tablespoons of crab meat from the broth into the pan and stir to soak the crab meat in the seasoning, then turn off the heat.

    After 10 minutes, the broth has boiled; add all the sautéed shallots and crab roe along with 2 teaspoons of seasoning into the broth and cook for another 5 minutes. You can adjust the seasoning to suit your family’s taste before turning off the heat.

    Place the noodles in a bowl, take the beef that has been blanched in the broth and place it on top, adding a bit of cilantro and chopped green onion. Finally, ladle the broth and the accompanying dishes on top to complete the meal.
