Whip the foam coffee
Put 3 tablespoons of unsweetened instant black coffee into a bowl, then add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of boiling water.
Use a whisk or an electric mixer to whip the mixture until it turns a light brown color, becomes thick, feels heavy when stirring, and forms peaks when lifted up is complete.
Note:- You mix the foam coffee in a ratio of 1 coffee : 1 sugar : 1 boiling water, if you want to make more, you can scale up the ingredients accordingly.
- With this method, you may take quite a long time to whip the mixture, but don’t get discouraged. If you have an electric mixer, it will be faster.

Make coffee
Put cold water into a cup and place it in the microwave on the highest setting for 1 minute.
In another cup, add 1 packet of instant black coffee and 10gr of diet sugar and mix well. Then, take the hot water from the microwave and pour it into the mixture.

You use a whisk to whip the coffee until peaks form and it turns brown like in the picture.
Then, add ice cubes into the glass, pour in 200ml of fresh milk, and finally add the whipped coffee on top to complete!

Notes when making whipped coffee
- First, you need to choose the right type of coffee. You can use black coffee brewed with a filter, instant black coffee (G7, Netscafe, street coffee,…). Do not use milk coffee or 3-in-1 instant coffee.
- If you have used the right type of coffee but the whipping still doesn’t reach the desired fluffiness, it may be due to the incorrect ratio of sugar and water. Too little sugar will make it hard for your coffee to fluff up or it may not fluff at all, and it will easily melt.
- The fresh milk used can be either unsweetened or sweetened, depending on your taste. If you are concerned about the bitterness of the coffee, please use sweetened fresh milk.
- The whipping time for the coffee is a bit long, but don’t give up to get a satisfying whipped coffee.
- You should use it right after whipping, because if left too long, the foam will dissolve and you’ll have to whip it again.
