    After purchasing the beef tendon, wash it thoroughly with diluted salt water and then rinse it again with clean water. After that, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    • To eliminate the smell, put 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and sliced ginger into a pot. Boil the beef tendon for about 45 minutes; if using a pressure cooker, boil for 15 minutes.
    • Then, take it out and place it in a bowl of cold ice water for about 10 minutes to make the beef tendon crispy and delicious.

    Wash the cilantro and basil thoroughly, then chop them finely. The chili peppers should also be washed with water and then smashed.

  • Sauté beef tendons

    Place a pot on the stove, add about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to sauté until fragrant.

    Then add the marinated beef tendons and stir-fry over high heat to make the tendons more fragrant and crispy. Stir the beef tendons evenly until they firm up, then add fresh bamboo shoots and tomatoes, and stir-fry everything together.
