How to make Fried banana and sweet potato cake

  • Mix the batter

    In a bowl, add 200g of flour, 3 teaspoons of tapioca starch, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of yeast with 300ml of water, stir well to dissolve the ingredients and let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes.
