Prepare the ingredients
Wash the anchovies several times with water and let them drain.
Clean the lettuce and herbs, removing any damaged leaves, then rinse with diluted salt water, and wash again with clean water before draining.
Peel and finely chop the garlic, chop the chili. Finally, wash the green onions and chop them finely.

Mix the batter and fry the anchovy mixture
You put the anchovies into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of pepper, 2 teaspoons of seasoning, then mix well and marinate the fish for about 15 minutes.
Next, you crack 1 egg into the bowl with the anchovies along with 150g of crispy batter, mix the mixture well and let it marinate for another 15 minutes.
