  • Ear part: Choose fruits with green ear parts, not curled or dried out, and without brown tips at the end. Green ear parts indicate that the fruits are still fresh and may have been harvested recently.

  • Blend the dragon fruit

    Peel the dragon fruit and cut it into small pieces. Put the dragon fruit in the blender, add condensed milk, fresh milk, lime juice, and cover to blend the mixture until smooth.

  • Blend the beans and dragon fruit

    Soak 50g of peeled mung beans for 4-5 hours until soft, then put the beans into a pot, add enough water to cover the beans, and boil until cooked. Transfer the cooked beans to a bowl and mash them finely.
