How to make Pumpkin Soup

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peel the pumpkin, wash it clean with water, and then cut it into small pieces.

    Peel the potato and onion, wash them clean, and dice them. Peel the garlic and ginger, wash them clean, and then chop them finely.

  • Sauté the ingredients

    Place a pan on the stove, add butter to the pan and heat until the butter is completely melted. Next, add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté until golden.

    Garlic, ginger, and butter are the ingredients that help enhance the aroma and flavor of the soup.

    Then, add the onion, potato, and pumpkin in sequence and stir continuously for about 1 minute.

    After sautéing the ingredients, add about 400-500ml of water to the pot to simmer the potatoes and pumpkin until they are soft, then turn off the heat.

    Let the mixture cool completely, then transfer the entire mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

    The thickness and smoothness of your pumpkin soup depend on how finely you blend the mixture.

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. Boil or steam the potatoes until they are cooked.

    Keep the roots of the cilantro, wash them thoroughly, and let them drain.

    Wash the green onion, and cut it into short pieces about 4cm long.

  • Blend the potatoes

    Add all the potatoes into the blender along with 100ml of water and 50ml of fresh milk. Blend until the potatoes are well mashed and thick, then add in another 50ml of unsweetened milk and continue blending until the potato mixture is very smooth.

    Pour the blended potatoes into a pan, cook over medium heat and add the cleaned coriander roots and scallions to the pan to cook together.

    Season the potatoes with 1 teaspoon of seasoning and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir gently until the potatoes boil.

    Once the potatoes are boiling, remove the coriander and scallions. Then add 100ml of cream and unsalted butter to the pan and continue stirring until the mixture comes to a boil, then turn off the heat.

How to Cook Carrot Soup

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peel and wash the onion, then cut it into dice.

    Wash the potato thoroughly and cut it into dice.

    Peel the carrot, wash it, and cut it into small pieces to cook quickly.
