Prepare and marinate the chicken

- Prepare a filtering sieve, a bowl or glass pot, along with a container for the excess cooking oil. As mentioned above, cooking oil should be stored in a container made of plastic or glass. Of course, you should never pour it back into the bottle of oil you are currently using.
- Let the cooking oil cool completely. Place the filtering sieve over the glass bowl. You may also line it with an oil-absorbing paper.
