Eggs 2 pieces Tuna in oil 100 gr Lettuce 100 gr Cucumber 1 piece Tomato 1 piece Lemon 1/2 piece Onion 1/2 piece Green or black olives 6 pieces (chopped) Mayonnaise 1.5 tablespoons Salt and pepper 20 gr Olive oil 1/4 cup Vinegar 1/4 cup Honey 1 teaspoon Mustard 1 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon

How to prepare Tuna Salad in Oil with Boiled Eggs

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Tomatoes sliced. Lettuce washed and chopped. Boiled eggs sliced. Tuna flaked. Lettuce, olives halved. Onion peeled and thinly sliced.

    Boil the eggs, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

    How to make tuna in oil:

    • Clean the fish and dry it, then remove the skin, fillet the bones, cut into cubes and marinate the fish for about 1 hour with oregano (if available).
    • Boil water with salt, pepper, vinegar, and bay leaves, then add the tuna and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat, then turn off the heat and wait for the fish to cool. When the fish is completely cool, remove it and dry it thoroughly.
    • Next, arrange the fish in a glass jar and pour in oil, then repeat until all the fish is used. After that, add the toasted peppercorns.
    • Finally, seal the jar tightly and store it in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks before using.

    Combine the dressing ingredients: 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.

How to Make Raw Tuna Salad

  • Prepare the Fish

    Clean the tuna you bought. Use a sharp knife to cut along the body of the fish to take out the flesh, slice it thinly, and pat it dry. Then, marinate the fish with salt, pepper, and a little seasoning, making sure to season both sides.

    Next, add cooking oil to a pan, heat it up and then add minced garlic to sauté until fragrant, followed by the tuna to fry evenly on both sides. Finally, remove the fish and place it on a plate lined with paper towels.

    How to Fillet Fish: Use a clean cloth to hold the body of the fish at the top, cut from the belly of the fish down to the tail. Then flip the fish over and cut similarly to get the remaining flesh.

How to Prepare Tuna Sprout Salad

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Clean the bean sprouts and wash them several times with water, then drain in a colander. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Remove the tuna from the can and place it on oil-absorbent paper.

    Peel the shallots, slice them thinly, and then fry until fragrant.

    Note: Besides using canned tuna, you can also buy fresh tuna, wash it, and marinate it with salt, pepper, and roasted sesame seeds for 10 minutes. Then, put the fish in a frying pan, and when the meat turns white, flip it over. Once the fish is cooked, cut it into pieces and mix it with the sprouts.
