How to Make Corgi Bottom Marshmallow Candy

  • Boil the syrup

    Place a pot on the stove, add 100gr of sugar, 50gr of malt syrup, and 50ml of cold water into the pot, bring to a boil and stir well.

    Tip: When boiling the syrup, you should pay attention to stir well so that the sugar doesn’t burn at the bottom of the pot.

  • Whip egg whites

    Place 2 egg whites in a bowl and use a mixer to whip them up, then gradually add a little sugar water while continuing to whip, repeating until all the sugar water is used, then add the melted gelatin to the mixture and mix well.

  • Brewing coffee with a filter

    Put about 20g of coffee into the filter, then add about 15ml of boiling water, allowing the water to soak into the coffee grounds completely, and let it sit for nearly 1 minute for the coffee grounds to expand fully. Continue to add about 40ml of water, covering it tightly until the coffee is filtered.
