How to make Black Bean Dessert with Cassava Starch

Prepare the ingredients
Wash the black beans thoroughly, soak them in water for 1 hour to let them expand. Then rinse with water and drain.
Wash the pandan leaves and let them drain.

Cooking Black Beans
Put black beans into a pressure cooker with 2 liters of water and pandan leaves, cook on high-medium heat for 4 hours.
After the time is up, remove the pandan leaves and add 300g of jaggery.

Cooking Pudding
Pour 125ml of water and 3 tablespoons of sago flour into a bowl and mix well.
Take a pot and add the pudding mixture that you just cooked.
Bring the pudding to a boil, then add the sago flour while stirring continuously. When the pudding thickens, turn off the heat.
Add a little salt to the pudding and adjust the sugar to your taste.

Cook coconut milk
Add 1 can of coconut milk (about 330ml) to a pot and cook over medium heat. When the coconut milk is hot, dissolve 1/2 tablespoon of tapioca starch in 3 tablespoons of water and pour it into the hot coconut milk, stirring well.
Pour the tapioca starch mixture into the coconut milk and cook over high heat until the starch is cooked.
Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 50g of sugar, stirring until the coconut milk becomes thick.

Now, scoop the dessert into a bowl, drizzle coconut milk on top, and enjoy.
