Prepare the pork bones
Cut the purchased pork bones into small pieces (you can ask the seller to help cut) about 2 finger lengths.
To clean the pork bones of dirt and odor, dilute saltwater, soak the pork bones for 5 minutes, then wash them thoroughly with water.
Then, put the pork bones in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove and let them drain.
Tip: You can use crushed ginger, salt, lemon, or vinegar to rub on the pork bones, then let it sit for about 20 minutes before rinsing with water, which helps eliminate the odor.
