Add 3 liters of filtered water into the pressure cooker along with the grilled onion, ginger, shallots, lemongrass, and beef brisket.
Season with 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon of rock sugar, stir well, and cook for 25 minutes in the “Meat Stew” mode.

Add the crab meat and the raw sausage into a bowl.
