Ingredients for Oreo Tiramisu For 3 people
Sugar 51 grams (divided into 4 portions: 3 – 20 – 8 – 20) Oreo cookies 10 pieces Egg yolks 17 grams Vanilla extract 2 grams Egg whites 40 grams All-purpose flour 40 grams Powdered sugar 20 grams Warm water 50 grams Instant coffee powder 2 grams Cold mascarpone cheese 200 grams Whipping cream 200 grams (cold fresh cream)
How to make Oreo Tiramisu
-
Separate the cream and the cookie part of the Oreo.
Put the cream from 10 Oreo cookies into a plastic bag and use a pestle to crush the cookies finely.
-
Beat the egg yolks
Add 17g of egg yolks, 3g of sugar, and 2g of vanilla extract into a bowl, and use a hand mixer to beat the mixture until well combined.
-
Whip the egg whites
Put 40g of egg whites into a bowl, and use a hand mixer on low speed until the egg whites form bubbles like soap.
When large bubbles appear, add about 10g of sugar, and beat on low speed until the sugar dissolves. After 30 seconds of beating, add another 10g of sugar and continue beating on low speed until the egg whites are soft and fluffy, with a creamy texture, sticky, shiny, and smooth, forming soft peaks. Then lower the speed and beat for another 1-2 minutes. If the peaks droop down when lifting the whisk, it is done.
Tip: You should divide the sugar into 2-3 portions and gradually beat it with the egg whites for more even dissolving. -
Mixing the cake batter
Pour the well-mixed egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites. When mixing the ingredients together, you should fold gently (mixing by scooping and lifting from the bottom of the bowl to the top in one direction) and avoid mixing too vigorously to prevent breaking too many air bubbles, which will make the cake less delicious.
Sift 40g of all-purpose flour into the bowl, and continue to fold gently to blend the cake mixture.
-
Shaping and baking the cake
Line the baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Transfer the cake mixture into a piping bag and pipe into long sticks as shown.
Sprinkle some powdered sugar and crushed Oreo on top of the cake.
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius to stabilize the oven temperature.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius until the cake is cooked perfectly.
-
Make the Marcarpone mixture
Put 50ml of warm water, 2g of instant coffee, and 8g of sugar into a bowl and stir well until dissolved.
Add 200g of mascarpone cheese, 20g of sugar into the bowl, and mix well until the mixture is combined. Add the cream from 10 Oreo cookies into the bowl and continue to mix well.
Add 200g of chilled whipping cream into the bowl, and mix well again until the mixture is uniform.
-
Finish the cake
Put the Marcarpone cream mixture into a piping bag and pipe it into the mold. Spread the cream evenly. Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreo cookie crust evenly on top of the cream layer.
Repeat the same action for the remaining cream and cookie crust.
Finally, take the baked cake out, roll it through the brewed coffee, and arrange it in the cake mold.
Sprinkle some small Oreo pieces on top for decoration, and the dish is complete.

Tips for successful execution:
Your cake should be tightly wrapped and stored in the refrigerator’s cool compartment and used within 1 – 2 days.
How to store Whipping:
- Unused whipping cream can be kept in the refrigerator’s cool compartment. Clean the cream residue on the mouth of the container, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap, and then place it in the cool compartment; this method will keep the whipping cream for about half a month. Absolutely do not store whipping cream in the freezer as it will cause the cream to separate.
- Alternatively, you can transfer the excess whipping cream to a clean glass bottle (that has been washed, rinsed with boiling water, and dried) and then seal it tightly before placing it deep in the refrigerator’s cool compartment, avoiding the refrigerator door. This method will help you keep the whipping cream for up to 1 month.
