How to make fruit-filled sandwich

Prepare the fruits
Wash the strawberries, use a paper towel to dry, and cut in a zigzag pattern at the top of the strawberry to create a tulip shape.
Peel the kiwi, slice it lengthwise into pieces about 5mm thick.

Cut the bread crust
Remove the hard outer crust from the sandwich bread.

Whip cream and sugar
Add 250ml of whipping cream and 25g of sugar into a bowl, use a mixer to whip until smooth and fluffy.

Arrange and assemble the sandwich
Place plastic wrap on a clean flat surface, put a slice of bread on top. Next, spread a layer of whipping cream on the bread, smoothing it out evenly.
On one side of the bread, place strawberries, on the other side spread a thin layer of cream and then place a slice of kiwi on top.
Continue to spread a layer of cream over the kiwi slice and add another slice of kiwi, then cover with cream and place a third slice of kiwi on top. Finally, cover the kiwi and strawberries completely with cream.
On top, place the remaining slice of bread, gently press down and tidy up the cream.
After shaping the sandwich, flip the plastic wrap to tightly wrap the sandwich.

Completion
After the cake reaches the desired firmness, you take it out, remove the plastic wrap, and cut the cake in half vertically to reveal the tulip shape inside.

Notes when making fruit sandwiches:
- You can replace the filling with other fruits such as grapes, apples, watermelon, pears, oranges,… to create different flower shapes using a similar method to creating tulip shapes.
- Depending on your taste, you can adjust the amount of sugar to suit when mixing with whipping cream.
- The cake is best eaten on the same day; if you have leftovers, you can store them in a box in the fridge and use them within 1 – 2 days to avoid letting them sit too long.
- Leftover whipping cream can be stored in the fridge; clean the cream residue from the lid, seal it tightly with plastic wrap, and place it in the fridge. This method will keep the whipping cream for about half a month. Absolutely do not place it in the freezer, as this will preserve the whipping cream for about half a month.
