Prepare the ingredients
Peel the carrot, wash it thoroughly and dice it. Also, dice the vegetarian ham and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.

Stir-fry the filling
First, add oil to the pan, when the oil is hot, add the mushrooms and stir-fry until they are just cooked, then add 1/2 the seasoning and turn off the heat.
