How to make Invisible Apple Pie

  • Mixing the batter

    First, lightly beat a mixture of 3 eggs and 50g of sugar in a large bowl. Then, sift 80g of flour along with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and mix the flour mixture for about 3 minutes.

    Next, add 70ml of condensed milk and 50g of unsalted butter (melted), and mix the ingredients well.

How to make Traditional Baked Apple Pie

  • Mix the dough

    In a bowl, add: 100g of flour, 30g of sugar and mix well. Then, add 50g of cold unsalted butter, use a fork to mash the butter and mix until the ingredients are well combined.

    Next, gradually add 20ml of cold water, continue to mix until a smooth, pliable dough forms. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap, and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 to 1.5 hours.

    Wash the apples thoroughly, then cut off the stems, cores, and seeds. Next, dice the apples.
