Prepare the ingredients
For the zucchini, you can peel it or leave the skin on according to your preference. Use a knife to cut off both ends and slice it into pieces about 1/3 of a finger’s thickness, then cut into strips.
Peel the onion, rinse it clean, and slice it thinly. Remove the stem from the chili, rinse it clean, and then finely chop it.
