Prepare the shrimp
After buying the shrimp, you pour them into a bowl, then soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to thaw.
After 30 minutes, you proceed to peel the shrimp, placing the shrimp meat into the bowl.

Prepare asparagus
Similarly, after buying asparagus, you wash it under the water faucet, then soak it in water for about 5 minutes to remove dirt.
After 5 minutes, you take the asparagus out and let it drain in a colander. Next, you use a knife to cut the asparagus into small cubes.

Trim the green onions by removing the roots, wash them thoroughly with water, and cut them into pieces about 1 finger length. Peel the shallots and slice them.
