Ingredients for making Chewy Jelly Candy using an air fryer Serves 4

Gelatin powder 25 gr (or chewy gelatin powder) Passion fruit 1 fruit Pandan leaves 200 gr Butterfly pea flower 50 gr Coconut milk 30 ml Coffee water 30 ml Sugar 300 gr

How to choose fresh and delicious passion fruit

  • Select passion fruits with a dark purple skin that is slightly wrinkled, large in size, and has a dry stem.
  • Choose passion fruits that are dense. You can check the density by holding the fruit and shaking it lightly. A juicy passion fruit will feel a bit heavy when shaken, appearing dense inside.
  • Additionally, choose passion fruits that have a light, distinctive fragrance; the stronger the aroma, the better the fruit.
  • Avoid fruits that have a foul or sour smell.
  • Do not choose fruits with smooth skin and still green, as this indicates that they are immature, with thick skin and less pulp.
