Make the Tangzhong (Flour paste)
First, you add 15g of flour and 15ml of fresh milk into a pot and stir well. Next, you put the mixture on the stove and cook until it thickens. Then, let the mixture cool down a bit to complete the Tangzhong.

Mix the dough
You add 260g of flour, 2g of yeast, and 1g of salt into a bowl and mix them well, then add 160ml of fresh milk and continue to mix evenly.
