How to choose fresh and delicious dragon fruit
- You should choose large, round dragon fruits, with a uniform color, deep red, and shiny skin.
- Choose dragon fruits that feel firm, heavy in hand, and when you press lightly with your finger, they should feel moderately soft, with a slight bounce.
- Avoid choosing dragon fruits that have a strong fermented smell or those that feel too soft when you press on them and leave a purple mark on the skin.
How to make Red Dragon Fruit Tea

Prepare the dragon fruit
Wash the dragon fruit to remove any dirt on the outside. Then cut it in half lengthwise, remove the skin, and dice the flesh of the dragon fruit.

Soak the tea bag
Put 1 tea bag into a cup with 200ml of boiling water and steep for 5 – 10 minutes until the tea in the cup turns a deep yellow color, then remove the tea bag.

Brew the red dragon fruit tea
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar into the tea cup and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Next, add the diced dragon fruit and stir once more. Finally, add some ice cubes and it’s ready to serve.
