Prepare the ingredients
You soak 100g of vegetarian meat in warm water for about 1 hour. After 1 hour, the vegetarian meat has expanded and softened, you rinse it with water, while rinsing use your hands to squeeze until the water runs clear, then stop and place it in a basket to drain.
Next, cut each piece into triangles or any shape you like.
Peel the onion and garlic, wash them clean, and then finely chop.

Fry the vegetarian meat
Place a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, adjust the heat to low, carefully add the vegetarian meat and fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
After the vegetarian meat is evenly fried crispy, turn off the heat, and transfer it to a plate.

You reuse the pan and the oil from frying the vegetarian meat, turn on the stove to low heat.
