  • Marinate the meat

    First, prepare a bowl, then crack 2 eggs into the bowl and whisk them well. Next, add 100 grams of minced pork, the chopped green onion, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of seasoning into the bowl.

  • Cooking the soup

    You add the sautéed tomatoes into the pot of water from earlier, seasoning with a mixture of spices including: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder.

    Cook the soup over high heat until it boils, then add the kale and cook for an additional 30 seconds before turning off the heat.

    Finally, serve the soup in a bowl, place the meat on top, and add a bit of green onion to finish.
