Cook durian and milk
Take the durian flesh that has been removed from the seeds and put it into a pot, add milk. Place the pot on the stove and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. While waiting for the durian and milk mixture to boil, you need to stir it well with a spoon so that the mixture blends together.

After 1 minute, pour the entire mixture into the blender and blend until the mixture is very smooth, then let it cool.

Then, add the whipped cream into the bowl with the durian mixture, mixing everything using the Fold technique, which means you need to place the spoon down at the edge of the bottom of the bowl and then lift the spoon up in the middle of the bowl, repeating this action continuously until the mixture is fully combined.

Freezing the ice cream
Once the mixture is well combined, pour it into the prepared ice cream container. Use a spoon to spread the mixture evenly across the container, then cover it with the lid and place it in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight. Finally, you will have smooth, cold, and delicious durian ice cream.
