How to choose fresh and delicious pork
- You should choose pieces of pork that have a bright color, with a fresh red or slightly dark red hue. The fat should be translucent white, slightly creamy.

Making minced meat sauce
You put a pan on the stove, wait for the pan to heat up, add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil to the pan, then add the minced meat and stir-fry over medium heat.
