Prepare the Ingredients
After purchasing, wash the beef and soak it in 400 ml of white wine for 15 minutes to eliminate the unpleasant smell inside the beef; this helps make the beef tastier. During the soaking period, regularly turn the beef to ensure it is evenly treated.
Peel the green bananas and soak them in water with a squeeze of lime to prevent browning. Cut the starfruit into halves and soak it in water with lime juice to avoid browning and reduce sap.
Divide the lemongrass into two parts, slice one part thinly for mixing while crushing the other part.
Slice the ginger and galangal, and chop the chili. Take a few slices of ginger and mince them. Cut the cilantro into bite-sized pieces.

Marinate the Meat
Take the soaked beef out and mix it with the minced ginger, 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon of ground pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1/3 of the sliced lemongrass. Mix well to let the seasoning penetrate the meat, and wait for a few minutes.
Note: If the beef piece is too large, make a few cuts or slice it in half to allow the seasoning to penetrate more.

Steam the beef
Place crushed lemongrass, galangal, and sliced ginger at the bottom of the steamer pot.
After marinating, take the beef out and place it on top of the layer of lemongrass, ginger, and galangal that you prepared earlier.
Cover the pot and steam for about 15 minutes until the meat is just cooked, then take it out.

Mix the ingredients together
After taking the beef out, let it cool slightly and then start slicing it thinly.
Squeeze the lime to extract the juice and remove the seeds.
Put the beef into a mixing bowl, add 50 grams of roasted sesame along with sliced lemongrass, then add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and mix well.
Next, add the lime juice, chili, and herbs, mix well, and let it sit for about 2 minutes for all the ingredients to absorb the flavors, then serve it on a plate with sliced green starfruit and green banana.
