Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, use chopsticks to mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes for the chicken to absorb the flavors.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a hot pan along with 1 tablespoon of minced shallots, use chopsticks to stir until the shallots turn golden.
Then, add the boiled bamboo shoots and mix well, finally add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 1/4 tablespoon of seasoning powder, stir briefly and turn off the heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a hot pan along with 1 tablespoon of minced shallots, use chopsticks to stir until the shallots turn golden.
